OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE AND LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. 

ELIGIBILITY. Pantry Stock-Up Sweepstakes at Dollar General (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) or the District of Columbia, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Nestlé Purina PetCare Company, 1 Checkerboard Square, St. Louis MO 63134 (“Sponsor”), Kicking Cow Promotions (“Administrator”), Dollar General, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, and advertising, promotion and judging agencies and all other service agencies involved with the Sweepstakes, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these official rules (“Official Rules”) and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning the prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. 

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. The Sweepstakes begins on May 18, 2026 at 8:00:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) and ends on June 26, 2026 at 9:00:00 p.m. CDT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). 

TO ENTER. During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two methods of entry:

To enter the Sweepstakes by making a purchase: Visit a Dollar General store during the Sweepstakes Period and make a purchase of any Dog Chow product (a “Qualifying Purchase”). Obtain a printed receipt for your Qualifying Purchase containing the store information, date of purchase, description of the Dog Chow product, and the price paid (a “Qualifying Receipt”). Then, visit https://www.dgpantrystockup.com/ and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your entry form and upload your Qualifying Receipt from your Qualifying Purchase. Upon Administrator’s receipt of your submission, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.  

TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES FOR FREE: Send a 3x5 card with your first and last name, address, phone number, and email to P.O. Box 2610, St. Louis, MO 63116 to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 26, 2026 and received by July 6, 2026. Each entry must be in a separate postmarked outer envelope. No facsimiles or mechanical reproductions of entries are allowed. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, or postage-due mail/entries. Mail-in submissions become property of the Sponsor or Administrator and will not be returned. 

Those who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information on their entry, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person throughout the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry. Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period or will not be accepted or be eligible to win a prize. In the event more than one (1) entry is received from any one (1) person, the first entry processed will be considered the only valid entry received. In the event of a dispute regarding an entry by making a purchase, such entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address used at the time of entry. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an internet access provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.  

ODDS OF WINNING AND SELECTION OF WINNERS. On or about July 13, 2026, Administrator will select winners by a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning a prize depends on the number of eligible entries received. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE NOTIFICATION SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL THE ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE OFFICIAL RULES HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND THE ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right at any time to disqualify any entry or entrant that fails to comply with these Official Rules. Sponsor’s determination of the winners is final and binding. 

NOTIFICATION OF WINNER. The potential winners will be notified by Administrator via the phone number provided during entry on or about July 13, 2026. Potential winners will be subject to verification of eligibility, and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form (“Release”) within three (3) business days after notification as communicated by Administrator. If potential winner cannot be reached (regardless of reason), does not respond within the designated time, there is a return of any prize notification as undeliverable, or fails to provide the Release within the requested time period, or is disqualified for any other reason, the potential winner may forfeit the prize. Upon disqualification, no further compensation will be given. Failure to comply with any term or condition in these Official Rules may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor and Administrator shall have no liability for any potential prize-winning notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by any potential winner for any reason. Sponsor and Administrator not responsible for any change of Meta accounts, email address, mailing address, and/or telephone number of entrants.

PRIZE. The following prizes will be awarded: 

Grand Prize (1 total): The Grand Prize consists of a $2,500 Dollar General gift card; twelve (12) 30lb. bags of Dog Chow Dry Dog Food (awarded as twelve coupons, each good for one 30 lb. bag of Dog Chow Dry Dog Food valued at $25 each); twelve (12) cans of Dog Chow Wet Dog Food (awarded as twelve coupons, each good for one can of Dog Chow Wet Dog Food valued at $15 each); a Dog Chow branded cinch bag; and a Dog Chow 100 Anniversary branded lapel pin. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) is $3,000. 

First Prize (5 total): Each First Prize consists of a $500 Dollar General gift card; six (6) 30lb. bags of Dog Chow Dry Dog Food (awarded as six coupons, each good for one 30 lb. bag of Dog Chow Dry Dog Food valued at $25 each); a Dog Chow branded cinch bag; and a Dog Chow 100 Anniversary branded lapel pin. ARV is $670 each.

Second Prize (5 total): Each Second Prize consists of a $250 Dollar General gift card; three (3) 30lb. bags of Dog Chow Dry Dog Food (awarded as three coupons, each good for one 30 lb. bag of Dog Chow Dry Dog Food valued at $25 each); a Dog Chow branded cinch bag; and a Dog Chow 100 Anniversary branded lapel pin. ARV is $345 each.

Third Prize (5 total): Each Third Prize consists of a $100 Dollar General gift card; two (2) 30lb. bags of Dog Chow Dry Dog Food (awarded as two coupons, each good for one 30 lb. bag of Dog Chow Dry Dog Food valued at $25 each); a Dog Chow branded cinch bag; and a Dog Chow 100 Anniversary branded lapel pin. ARV is $170 each.

Total ARV of all prizes is $8,925. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions set by the issuer. Coupons are subject to the terms and conditions listed thereon. Limit of one (1) prize per person per household. Winners acknowledge that the Indemnified Parties (as defined below) have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers’ terms therefore, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee.

Prize winners will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes they receive, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, are used. Prize winners may be issued an IRS 1099 Form in the amount of the prize value, where required by applicable law. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value prize. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prizes are offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsorp. Prizes will be shipped within prize 6-8 weeks of verification. Sponsor is not responsible for any damage, mis-delivery, theft, tampering, or other injury to the prize.   

GENERAL RULES. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of the entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or undeliverable entries, responses, or other correspondence; (ii) theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; (iii) phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or (iv) any fees charged by any Internet Service Provider. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to waive, release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, Dollar General, and each of their respective parent companies, and affiliated companies and subsidiaries and their directors, officers, employees, agents, including advertising and sweepstakes agencies, and assigns, and any other organizations related to the Sweepstakes (together, the “Indemnified Parties”), from and against, any claims, injuries (including death), loss, expenses or damages and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise in whole or in part from the acceptance, possession, use, misuse or enjoyment of a prize or parts thereof, participation in the Sweepstakes, or in any prize-related activity, including, without limitation, any (a) any condition or occurrence that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (b) injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; (c) printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; or (d) electronic, network or computer failures or malfunctions, or other hardware, software or technical errors of any kind, including any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation in the Sweepstakes or for other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, that the Indemnified Parties may suffer, incur or be required to pay, to the extent arising out of or relation to, or brought on behalf of any third party. Further, entrants shall hold the Indemnified Parties harmless from any claims and/or damages for any injuries to either person (including but not limited to the entrant or any support staff, agent, employee or contractor of the entrant) or property (including but not limited to entrant’s personal property, and equipment, whether owned or rented) resulting from or occurring during entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes or any use of the prize.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Sweepstakes is compromised, without liability to entrants. The use of third-party software or website or automated entry systems to participate is prohibited, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries made in such fashion. Individuals may not register with multiple email addresses nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to register multiple times or as multiple registrants. Any individual who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to register multiple times will be disqualified and forfeits any and all prizes won, in Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any individual that (i) tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (ii) violates these Official Rules; or (iii) acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant acknowledges that entrant has read these Official Rules and agrees to abide by them and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes.

IN CASE OF DISPUTE. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: (i) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; (ii) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or prizes awarded, will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (iii) all claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event will entrant be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees or other legal costs. Some jurisdictions do not allow for limitations on the ability to pursue class action remedies, or certain kinds of damages, and so these limitations may not apply to you. All entrants expressly agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or relating in any way to this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules must be brought only in the federal or state courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri, and entrant consents to the mandatory and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts with respect to any such legal proceedings. This Sweepstakes will be governed and enforced pursuant to Missouri law, excluding choice of law provisions.

PUBLICITY. Except where prohibited by law, submission of an entry constitutes and signifies each entrant’s agreement and consent that Sponsor and its designees may use entrant’s name, city, state, likeness, and/or prize information in connection with the Sweepstakes for promotional, advertising, or other purposes, in any manner, worldwide, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including the Internet, without limitation and without further payment, notification, permission, or other consideration, except where prohibited by law.

PRIVACY. Sponsor may collect personal data about entrants online in accordance with its privacy policy and as may be more specifically set forth in these Official Rules.  Please review these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Notice at https://www.purina.com/privacy-policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and use of their personal information, including for marketing purposes, and sharing of such personal information with third parties, and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy. If entrant is selected as a winner, entrant hereby consents to have his or her information included in a publicly-available winner list.

WINNERS LIST.  For the names of the prize winning entrants, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Pantry Stock Up Sweepstakes at Dollar General, c/o Kicking Cow Promotions, P.O. Box 2610, St. Louis, MO 63116. Requests must be received within ninety (90) days after the Sweepstakes Period.
